Hi, I'm Dr. Torontow
I believe women are falling through the gaps in healthcare… And I'm here to help.
I'm a Naturopathic Doctor and mom of two with a passion for delivering modern, comprehensive healthcare that puts women back at the centre of their care.
My practice offers evidence-informed 1:1 naturopathic care for women across life stages. I work with concerns including hormonal health and cycle regulation, fertility and preconception care, PCOS and endometriosis, prenatal and postpartum care, and perimenopause and menopause. I also support sustainable weight loss, with an approach that says goodbye to yo-yo dieting.
Care also commonly supports digestion, metabolism, energy, mood, and stress resilience, always in a way that is sustainable, collaborative, and grounded in real life.

What to expect when we work together
Clarity and collaboration are central to how I practice. You'll always know what we're working on and why.
Initial Visit (75 minutes)
Your initial appointment is 75 minutes in length. During this visit, we'll take a comprehensive look at your health history, current concerns, and goals. Together, we'll begin creating a clear, personalized plan that aligns with your priorities and capacity.
My role as your Naturopathic Doctor is to help you understand what's happening in your body and guide you toward meaningful, sustainable change.
Follow-Up Visits (15 to 60 minutes)
Follow-up appointments range from 15 to 60 minutes and are where we refine, adjust, and maintain momentum. We'll assess progress, troubleshoot challenges, and adapt your plan as your needs evolve.
