Foundations of Yoga

Interested in learning the proper alignment and form with some of the basic and most used yoga postures? The first hour we'll break down poses such as downward dog, plank, warrior 1, warrior 2, and a few more. We'll dive into the anatomy and proper alignment in order to promote stability, strength and safety for your yoga practice. The second hour will be a dynamic, all levels flow class to integrate what we've learned into the body.
