I am wildly passionate about preventative health, mindful movement and sharing daily tools that help us feel better and live better. With a desire to broaden my scope of practice and offer the best possible care, I am currently pursuing a career as a Naturopathic Doctor at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, Canada.
