I'm a naturopathic medical student, yoga teacher and writer living in Canada.

I'm wildly passionate about preventative health, mindful movement and discovering daily tools that help us feel better and live better.

In a day and age of information overload, it's easy to get overwhelmed in the clutter. From what to eat and how to move, to creating lifestyle practices that are actually sustainable, let alone enjoyable. I know this, because I've been there.

My own health crisis was the catalyst to delving into the world of health and wellness. It lead me to completing my degree in
Kinesiology, my Registered Holistic Nutrition designation, along with a variety of certifications ranging from functional anatomy, mood management, the energetic body and a diverse background of yoga and meditation. Ultimately, it has inspired me to pursue a career as a Naturopathic Doctor.

I don’t believe in cookie cutter programs or a one size fits all approach. The way we eat, move and live needs to be individually tailored to meet the needs of our unique selves. I believe in an integrative and whole person approach to health care.

Ultimately, the better we take care of and show up for ourselves, the better we can take care of and show up for those around us.

Information alone isn't enough to create long-lasting and sustainable change. We need tools and practices that we love to gain a deeper understanding of how to take the best care of our unique selves.
